iPhone fix Update

So I upgraded my iPhone to 4.3.3 and it fixed the audio and sound issues. As an added bonus, my Exchange Calendar synced for the first time ever – result.
However 2 hours later, the annoying sound issue had returned.
I made a booking with the Genius team at Apple Covent Garden, very efficient and listened to my problems and history. They offered me a replacement phone there and then. However they were unable to offer any form of warranty for the device other than the standard 90 day repair warranty. Because the phones get such heavy use and this is now my 4th, I would still (if I had my time again) take out AppleCare if you have a 24 month contract as the device may not last the distance.
Still very pleased I have it fixed, and it was a pleasure to speak with somebody so helpful and knowledgeable. She also responded by confirming that it was nice to talk with somebody so relaxed, considerate and understanding. I got the impression they sometimes have some real challenges to deal with.
